Ingredients:
12 Medjool dates
1/2 cup Macro almond spread
50g dark chocolate
1/4 cup pistachio kernels
Method:
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a small sharp knife, cut down the centre of each date, ensuring not to cut all the way through, to remove stone and open date slightly.
Place 2 tsp spread in each date. Drizzle with chocolate, then sprinkle with pistachios. Set aside for 15 minutes to set. Serve.
