Surprise your guests with a refreshing cocktail this Christmas!
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 3 candy canes
- Lemon juice
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 7 large ice cubes
- 3 lemonade ice blocks
- 90mL vodka
- Fresh raspberries and mint to garnish
Method
- Place candy canes in a ziplock bag and crush
- Dip the sides of 2 tall glasses into lemon juice and coat in crushed candy canes
- In a blender, place frozen raspberries, 4 ice cubes, ½ the vodka and blitz until well combined
- In a clean blender, place 3 lemonade ice blocks, the remaining vodka and 3 ice cubes and blitz until well combined
- Layer the raspberry and lemonade mixtures, alternating between the two, to achieve a candy cane effect
- Garnish with a straw, mint, fresh raspberries and remaining candy canes
