Prime Day’s Biggest Deal: Galaxy S25 Ultra Now Cheaper Than Galaxy S25

Prime Day isn’t a good moment just to buy the latest releases. Snapping up last year’s flagship can be even more cost-effective. For example, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has an incredible price. Getting a high-end phone like this can cost as little as €817, and even less if you have a Prime Student account. That drops by €100 to €717. That really is a bargain.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 256 GB

Amazon price (Prime / Prime Student, €717) — €817.00

FNAC — €1,205.79

MediaMarkt — €1,299.00

Refurbished

Back Market — €700.00

Because, although the Galaxy S25 Ultra is no longer officially sold on Samsung’s website, its official price was €1,459 and in other stores where we can still buy it, it doesn’t go below €1,299. So, getting Samsung’s flagship from 2025 at its lowest price yet, with €349 off the previous €1,167 (€449 if you’re a student) is a real bargain. Plus, as usual, you have free shipping and next-day delivery. And if you’re not Prime, don’t miss taking advantage of the free trial of the service, as this offer is available only to subscribers.

An Incredible Price for a Beast of a Phone

As we’ve said, being able to get a phone with these specs at such a price is a genuine bargain. Because the Galaxy S25 Ultra is Samsung’s best in every respect and includes seven years of free updates with six years remaining… so you’ll have a phone for a long time.

It sports a AMOLED 2x display with an anti-glare coating and a diagonal of 6.9 inches, with QHD resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood lies the Snapdragon 8 Elite, Qualcomm’s most powerful mobile processor for the previous generation, paired with 12 GB of RAM. And in terms of storage, the model on offer, while the base in the lineup, still provides a solid 256 GB capacity.

Another strong point of the Ultra is its camera system, featuring a quad rear camera. It shines with the 200 MP main sensor, but it’s not alone: it’s joined by a 50 MP ultra-wide, and two telephotos, one 5x with 50 MP and another 3x with a 10 MP sensor. And for selfies and video calls, there’s a front camera with a 12 MP sensor.

Autonomy also doesn’t disappoint thanks to its 5,000 mAh battery, with 45W fast charging and Fast Wireless Charging 2.0, plus PowerShare reverse wireless charging that can last for almost two days with light use; a day and a half with normal use.

It also comes with features like 5G compatibility or WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. It also includes NFC for mobile payments and is dust and water resistant (IP68).

Plus, thanks to those seven years of updates, although it ships with One UI 7, as soon as you unbox and set it up, you’ll be able to jump to the latest One UI 8.5, and in a few months, you’ll be able to upgrade to One UI 9.
